What does the free concept demo actually involve?+
I build a real, working homepage concept using your actual business name, services and area — not a template mock-up — and show it to you live on your phone. It takes me about a day. If you don't love it, you owe me nothing and we part as mates.
Why are you cheaper than the big agencies?+
Lower overheads, modern tools and no office tower. The stack I build on (the same one used by some of the fastest sites on the web) costs a fraction of old-school platforms to run — and those savings are priced in. The build quality gate is the same one either way: 95+ performance scores, accessibility standards, tested on real phones.
Can I update the website myself?+
Yes — Growth and Pro builds include a simple editor where you change menus, prices, photos and pages yourself, and every build ends with a training session. If you'd rather never touch it, that's what the care plan is for.
What if I can't pay it all at once?+
Two options: 50% to start and 50% at handover, or spread the cost over 12, 24 or 36 months by direct debit (a small uplift applies for longer plans). Either way the plan is agreed in writing before the build is finalised.
The AI automation — will it say something embarrassing to my customers?+
No. Every package is built so you approve customer-facing messages before they send, and negative reviews are never answered automatically — you get an alert instead. The AI handles the speed; you keep the judgement.
What happens if Sam gets hit by a bus?+
Rude — but fair. Every one-person business should have an answer, so here's mine. If a bus (or even a bad flu) takes me out, your website won't notice: it runs on its own infrastructure, not on me. You own the domain and the code outright. Backups run automatically every day, to storage I don't have to touch. And how everything works is written down in plain English, so another developer could take over within the week — my continuity plan even names who gets the handover. Truth is, I'm the most replaceable part of the system. (For the record, I look both ways.)
